Our e-Diet app has been designed specifically for this purpose. you will be able to record your weight and body measurements and monitor your progress very easily in the Progress section.
Diet plans updated in the App and sent via email based on the Program you have selected. after enrolment we will have a scheduled follow up session, where we will discuss your feedback, results, difficulties and ONLY then create your diet plans for following days.
